My Journey
Before entering real estate, I spent 6.5 years as a mortgage specialist at a local bank, advising more than 3,000 clients and handling thousands of transactions. I saw firsthand how the right financing structure could make or break a family’s property journey.
That experience taught me one thing: property isn’t just about buying a roof over your head. It’s the single most powerful tool for retirement planning and legacy creation—if you approach it with clarity and strategy.
Today, I work directly with families, upgraders, and investors across Singapore to turn
uncertainty into strategy and guide them towards homes and portfolios that serve both their
present needs and future goals.

Born in Singapore, Alvin grew up with grit and ambition. Those early years shaped his resilience and determination, traits that would later guide him through both success and setbacks.

EDUCATION FOUNDATION
Alvin graduated with a Double Degree in Banking and Finance. This academic foundation gave him the technical knowledge in capital markets, financial analysis, and strategic planning that later became the backbone of his career.

BANKING FOUNDATION
In 2018, Alvin entered the banking industry and quickly distinguished himself as a trusted mortgage advisor. By 2019, he was already recognised as a Top Mortgage Specialist, advising thousands of clients and managing countless transactions. These years cemented his financial expertise and credibility.

THE WAKE-UP CALL
At the height of his career, Alvin suffered a stroke at just 30 years old. What could have ended everything instead became the turning point of his journey. Recovery forced him to re-examine his priorities and inspired him to dedicate his skills toward helping others build security and clarity.

At the start of 2024, Alvin left banking to fully embrace real estate consultancy. With his strong financial background, he began guiding families and investors through asset progression and portfolio growth, turning uncertainty into strategy.
